    The Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music International Symposium

    Aims and Scope: 

    The Proceedings of the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music International Symposium is a publication dedicated to exploring all aspects of classical music. It invites submissions across a broad spectrum of music-related research topics, including Performance Practice, Creative Practice, Innovation and Design, Interdisciplinary Studies, Learning and Teaching, Music and Society, Cultures, and Aesthetics, in line with each year’s theme.

    Publication Frequency: 1 issue per year

    "From Learning to Earning: Innovation for Persons with Disabilities in an Inclusive Society"

    “การเรียนรู้ สู่การสร้างรายได้ด้วยนวัตกรรมเพื่อคนพิการในสังคมที่ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึง มีส่วนร่วม และเท่าเทียม”

    ที่มาและวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดสัมมนา:

    โครงการสัมมนาวิชาการระดับชาติด้านคนพิการ ครั้งที่ 18 ประจำปี 2569 (The 18th National Conference on Persons with Disabilities: NCPD 2026) จัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิด “From Learning to Earning: Innovation for Persons with Disabilities in an Inclusive Society” หรือ “การเรียนรู้ สู่การสร้างรายได้ด้วยนวัตกรรมเพื่อคนพิการในสังคมที่ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึง มีส่วนร่วม และเท่าเทียม” โดยมีที่มาจากการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการของประเทศ ตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี และนโยบายของกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ ที่มุ่งส่งเสริมโอกาสทางการศึกษา การมีงานทำ การสร้างรายได้ และการพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างยั่งยืนของคนพิการ ผ่านการบูรณาการความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน ทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา และภาคประชาสังคม ทั้งนี้ การจัดสัมมนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีวิชาการระดับชาติในการเผยแพร่และแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ งานวิจัย นวัตกรรม และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านคนพิการ รวมถึงส่งเสริมการประยุกต์ใช้นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต สร้างโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ การทำงาน และการมีส่วนร่วมในสังคมอย่างเท่าเทียม พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้นักวิชาการ นักวิจัย ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และผู้สนใจจากทั่วประเทศร่วมส่งบทความวิชาการและผลงานวิจัย เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาสังคมแห่งความครอบคลุมและความยั่งยืนสำหรับทุกคน

Therefore, creating a network of institutions and professionals focused on physical therapy and health-related fields—such as Prince of Songkla University, Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Saint Louis College, Khon Kaen University, University of Phayao, and the Consortium of Thai Physical Therapy Educational Institutions—as cohosts represents a significant and valuable vision. The conference will stimulate discussion and emphasize the sharing of knowledge and research.

    The Faculty has a strong intention to emphasize the research network and create innovation. This type of event is of great importance to Mahidol University, as it illustrates its commitment to quality and standard in its teaching and research programs, as well as the physical therapy profession.
