Please note that THE PARTICIPANT NEEDS TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT FOR THE SUBMISSION SYSTEM, which may be the same or different account used for the registration website.

2. Important notice

TWO TYPES OF CONTRIBUTIONS ARE ACCEPTED: ABSTRACT OR FULL PAPER. The full paper will be published in an online proceedings paper. Both must be prepared in English.

All submissions are subject to peer review and may be asked for revisions.

Step 2 Submitting abstract or proceeding paper

Log in to your account and follow the instructions for each step. You may select only one session that fits your work. Please note that YOU ARE REQUESTED TO ALWAYS UPLOAD FILES AS MS WORD AND PDF when reaching the uploading step.

The abstract should not be longer than 250 words. Full papers should be no more than 7 pages and may include a maximum of two figures and/or tables, where appropriate.

3. General guideline for proceeding paper.

  • Proceeding papers must be original and should not have been submitted or published elsewhere in largely identical forms.
  • Contributions containing plagiarized content are unacceptable, and if detected, will usually result in rejection.
  • The submitting author is responsible for informing all co-authors about the submission and its final results.
  • Figures can be in color or grayscale and should be saved as JPEG or TIFF format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. All figures should be embedded in the paper where appropriate.
  • The use of a template is strongly encouraged. Papers that do not strictly follow the format may be rejected or returned for modifications before publishing.
  • Please upload files that do not exceed 25 MB.
  • Please review all information carefully before uploading. Submitted papers cannot be edited.
