Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The abstract should be written on A4-sized paper (210 × 297 mm) with 20 mm margins on all sides (top,
    bottom, left, and right). The maximum length of the manuscript is two pages, including figures, tables, and
    references.
  • The first page must include the abstract title, followed by one blank line, then the author names, affiliations, and
    addresses. The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*). All listed authors will appear in the
    final conference programme.
  • Use Times New Roman font with the following formatting:
    • Title: 14 pt, ALL CAPITALS, centred
    • Author names: 11 pt, bold, centred
    • Affiliations: 10 pt, italic, centred
    • Main text: 11 pt, justified
    • Section titles: 11 pt, bold, ALL CAPITALS
    • Subsection titles: 11 pt, bold
  • Keywords (3 to 5) should be placed at the end of the author’s affiliation. Leave the next line blank, and then start the main manuscript.
  • Provide 3–5 keywords immediately after the author affiliations. Leave one blank line before beginning the
    main text.
  • Tables and figures must be centred, numbered consecutively (e.g. Table 1, Figure 1), and integrated
    within the text.
  • Submit the final extended abstract as a PDF (.pdf) file. The file size should not exceed 1 MB and must include
    all figures and tables embedded within the document.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
