Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

The abstract should be written on A4-sized paper (210 × 297 mm) with 20 mm margins on all sides (top,
bottom, left, and right). The maximum length of the manuscript is two pages, including figures, tables, and
references. -
The first page must include the abstract title, followed by one blank line, then the author names, affiliations, and
addresses. The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*). All listed authors will appear in the
final conference programme. -
Use Times New Roman font with the following formatting:
• Title: 14 pt, ALL CAPITALS, centred
• Author names: 11 pt, bold, centred
• Affiliations: 10 pt, italic, centred
• Main text: 11 pt, justified
• Section titles: 11 pt, bold, ALL CAPITALS
• Subsection titles: 11 pt, bold - Keywords (3 to 5) should be placed at the end of the author’s affiliation. Leave the next line blank, and then start the main manuscript.

Provide 3–5 keywords immediately after the author affiliations. Leave one blank line before beginning the
main text. -
Tables and figures must be centred, numbered consecutively (e.g. Table 1, Figure 1), and integrated
within the text. -
Submit the final extended abstract as a PDF (.pdf) file. The file size should not exceed 1 MB and must include
all figures and tables embedded within the document. - The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

By submitting an abstract to this conference, the authors agree to the following terms:
- The submitted work is the original work of the author(s) and does not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- The author(s) grant the conference organizers a non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted abstract (and, if accepted, the full paper) in the conference proceedings, both in print and electronic formats.
- The author(s) retain the copyright of their work and may publish it elsewhere, provided that proper acknowledgment of its initial presentation at this conference is made.
- The conference organizers are not responsible for any content or opinions expressed in the abstract; such responsibility lies solely with the author(s).
By completing the submission process, the author(s) acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this copyright notice.

The names, affiliations, and email addresses entered in this abstract submission and review system will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the conference and its scientific review process. This information will be used only for communication regarding submission, review, and publication processes.
Personal data provided by authors and reviewers will not be shared with any third party or used for purposes other than managing the conference, organizing sessions, or maintaining reviewer records. All personal information will be handled confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
